Club Elevate is a social club located in West Houston for teens and young adults with unique needs. Our teens and young adults meet on a Friday night twice a month with friends that share common interest while improving social skills by participating in fun group activities.

Vocational/Transition Camp Our summer Camp is designed to help young adults acquire skills needed for future employment, training and skill development, workplace etiquette, volunteer skills and other preparations. Camp Begins June 1 - June 26 (Ages 15-18+) (8:30am-3:30pm) No extended care available at this time.

Camp Elevate Begins July 7-August 7 Monday-Thursday (9:00am-3:00pm)

After Care Begins August 13 (3:00pm-5:30pm)

Infinite Elevations will be closed June 19 in observation of the Juneteenth Holiday!
